REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

REFUND OF MEMBERSHIP FEE / PARTICIPATION FEE / DONATION

  1. The Membership Fee paid on own by any provisional member will be returned only in case the Membership is not granted by the Executive and subsequently the General Body, in the ensuing meeting after the payment. (Rule 1.d. of the Trust Deed / Constitution of the Trust).

 

  1. Once accepted, the Membership will remain for the concerned period (20 years for Life Membership. The annual membership will remain up to 31 March of the year of payment as per Rule 1.e. of the Trust Deed / Constitution of the Trust) and Membership Fee of the approved member will not be returned in any case, even after the cancellation of Membership on grounds mentioned under the Rule 6 of Annexure C of the Trust Deed / Constitution of the Trust.

 

  1. In no case the donation of any kind will be refunded, unless unapproved by the Executive and General Body of the Trust.

 

  1. In special case and on application by the provisional member or rejected member, the donation will be / will not be returned, as per the resolution passed by the Executive / General Body, as the case may be.

 

  1. Any kind of return (of amount paid as Membership Fee or Donation) will be executed within 7 days after the resolution of rejection (of Membership or else) by the Executive or General Body, as the case may be.

 

  1. Participation Fee for any programme / activity will be returned only as per the rules laid down and as per the declaration and notification of the concerned activity, on application by the concerned for return.

 

  1. All returns and refunds will be sanctioned and executed only by online payments and no cash payment will be done, unless as a special case approved by the Executive Body. The Trust will not be responsible for any irregularity or technical fault of the gateway / internet banking facility at any juncture on any ends.

 

  1. On cancellation / rejection of Membership Fee / Participation Fee / Donation and subsequent refund, the receipts / certificates issued to the concerned will stand obsolete, null and void, without any further notification and the Trust will not be responsible for the use of such receipts or certificates at any forum.

 

  1. No receipt will be mandatory for online payments of refund / return. However, the cash payments (as mentioned at 7 above) will be subject to due receipt(s) by the receiver.

 

  1. The above rules may be liable for change from time to time as per the resolutions of Executive / General Body of the Trust and will be displayed on the website. The concerned beneficiaries are suggested to read the rules before any kind of transaction.
